TOBAGO, THE LAST LOOK

Tobago is the cleanest island of all we have been to. Besides having fewer visitors then other islands, Tobagans are proud of the beauty of their small paradise.
Instead of the trash barrels, cages are being used, its' covers preventing the wind and the animals from spreading the trash.

You see bowls made out of the calabash fruit everywhere in the Caribbean, but carved like you see on the picture only on Tobago

A new vegetables zucchini family, but bitter. I soaked it in a salty water to get the bitterness out


Christophene is common everywhere in the Caribbean. It has a mild taste and can be prepared in different ways, sauteed or boiled.

Tobago has 210 species of birds, while other islands average 80.
